Frank Magri, a 24-year-old Franco-Cameroonian who plays in Toulouse, France has been called up to play for the Indomitable Lions. Speaking shortly after being selected, Frank Magri said, “It is with great pride that I would defend my country of origin and the native country of my dear mother. Looking forward to fighting like a lion.”
Cameroon will face Russia in Moscow on October 12 and lock horns with Senegal at the Bollaert stadium in Lens, France on October 16. These matches count for the preparations for Can 2023 and the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. Frank Magri, is an attacker who plays for Toulouse FC and has scored two goals this season in seven matches.
He was born in Agen France and has much more Western culture. A youth product of Angers since the age of 15, Magri began his senior career with their reserves in 2019 His first professional experience was with Bastia in Ligue 2 last season where he scored 13 goals and provided four assists.
