Guinness Super League Day 20 was marked by the players of Ngadeu FFA who broke down in tears after losing to FAP Amazone 1-0. At the end of the encounter, some players were charged to engage in a fight, but Ngadeu staff held them back.
The goalkeeper and some players all started crying, but the staff was quick to assure them, saying they still had three more games to play, the reason they should focus on those games.
Ngadeu is already in the red zone and a win for them would have helped to avoid relegation. Caiman of Douala in the same situation, managed to pick a point against when they drew 1-1 with Eding FF.
In other games counting for Day 20, Louves Minproff that has chased away Coach Anong Bernadette beat AS Fortuna 2-1.
Leaders, Lekie FF already champions drew 0-0 with FC Ebolowa while Eclair beat AS Awa 2-1.
Following the games played on Day 20, Lekie continue to lead the league table with 51 points, 49 goals scored followed by Eclair with 44 points and FC Ebolowa with 38 points.
At the bottom of the table, Caimain has 11 points while Ngadeu FFA tails with 10 points.
Meanwhile, the best players of Day 20 had, Kpoumie OUdou as the best coach, Onomo as the best goalkeeper, and Cailla Daha in the attack.
Ngah Manga is now the top goalscorer with 15 goals followed by Raissa Nanga with 13 goals and Brenda Tabe who have been absent and on a mission with the national team, with 12 goals. All top three players hail for Lekie FF while in the fourth place, Eclair Eliane Bibout has nine goals, and Ghislaine Chadeu has seven goals.
