A short-lived experience that saw the vibrant and experienced Malian ladies doubling points in the last quarters by 9 against 25 in their favour.

Mali now tops group C followed by Ivory Coast in the second position and Guinean in the third spot.

The competition’s quarter-finals are slated to kick-off come Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

As the basketball festival gets to its turning point, Cameroon’s Head Coach Ahmed Mbombo, Njoya, Hermine, Alexandra, Lonlack, and mates have their eyes fixed on the trophy.

The Basketball Lionesses are drawing inspiration from the Volleyball Lionesses’ triumph throning on the continent with three consecutive wins.
