Afrobasket 2021: Senegal Overpowers Guinea On 69 Points Difference
Day one games of the ongoing 26th edition of the 2021 Women’s Afrobasket competition on stage at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex saw a giant Senegalese side whitewashing a hopeless Guinean team on a 100 to 31 score.
It was a very weak Guinean side whose fatal faults saw the no-no-sense Senegalese side concretizing every error that surfaced in abide to earn a level-headed score.
The ambitious Senegalese side with her 69-point margin difference recorded this afternoon holds a better chance of finishing on the top spot position of her group, taking into consideration her status as Africa’s female Basketball number one with 11 titles.
It was the same scenario in the second game as Mali humbled Tunisia, 101 to 39.
Meanwhile, Cameroon receives Kenya at 5 pm and current champions Nigeria are preparing header against Mozambique at 8 pm this evening.
